Property Valuation Education

The Education section is responsible for providing courses for counties, taxpayers and staff regarding the valuation of property and other tax related issues. This enables the Division or Property Valuation to meet statutory duties. The Education section is also responsible for administering the Registered Mass Appraiser (RMA) designation program. The Education section monitors the county appraiser qualifications per Kansas Statute 19-430 and 19-432 and Permanent Administrative Regulation 93-6-1 through 93-6-6.
